Really pleased with our experience with Tower Windows. We had 10 windows, a front door, back door, patio doors and sliding doors fitted, so it was quite a varied job. It's also important for us to support a local company.

The sales team were friendly, knowledgeable and well prepared, bringing samples, brochures and photos of previous installations. They also suggested window styles we hadn't considered to help us make the most of our views, which we really appreciated. In the end we actually went with some of these and changed what we first had in mind.

The technical survey was equally thorough, with samples of different privacy glass and helpful advice on all the finer details to refine what we previously discussed, including locks, handles, letterboxes and finishes.

Our installation was a little more complicated as we were having external rendering work done at the same time, which meant repositioning some windows and extending internal and external windowsills. Tower Windows worked really well alongside our other builders to accommodate everything.

The installation itself was completed over just a few days, which was impressive considering the number and variety of windows and doors being fitted. A special mention to our installer, who was an absolute gentleman, incredibly hardworking, polite, discreet and tidy. Not a scrap of mess left behind! It didn't stop me working from home either.

We're really happy with the finished windows and doors, and the whole experience has been positive. Friendly people, thoughtful advice and excellent workmanship. Would happily recommend Tower Windows. Will update with photos once all external works are completed.
